Version 20.1 05.08.2026
Version 20.1 focuses on document flexibility, external calendar integration, and a new consolidated task view.
Custom document variables
Document templates previously supported only a fixed set of system variables. Version 20.1 adds custom variables, allowing you to define your own fields and have them filled in automatically when a document package is generated.
Creating a variable. Go to Databases → Documentation → Templates → Variables → Custom, and click Add. Each variable has a code (used in the template), a display name, an input type, and an optional comment. Three input types are available:
input — a single-line text field, for contract numbers, event titles, and similar short values
textarea — a multi-line field, for longer descriptions or payment terms
date — a date picker
Using a variable in a template. In your Word template, insert the variable code wrapped in the standard syntax: ${variable_code}. When the document is generated, the placeholder is replaced with the value entered for that project.
Filling in values. When creating a document package in a project's Documentation tab, a Custom variables section appears below the standard fields. Fill in the values there, and they are written into every document in the package that references them.
System variables reference. The full list of built-in variables — dates, amounts, discounts, coefficients, tax values, and their spelled-out equivalents — is available at Templates → Variables → System, with each variable shown alongside a description of what it outputs.
Custom variables require the new template engine. When creating a document package, make sure Template engine is set to "new". The "old" option is retained for compatibility with existing templates.
External calendar: schedules and tasks
The external calendar integration now exports more than projects. Two new options are available in the calendar link settings (Databases → Employees → employee card → Calendar (.ical) → settings):
Schedule and vacations — the employee's working schedule and time off
Tasks — tasks assigned to the employee
These are configured independently of the Projects option, so a link can carry any combination of the three. Each employee can have up to 10 calendar links, with the exact limit determined by your subscription plan.
Tasks from projects
A new tab has been added to the Table menu: Tasks from projects. It shows a consolidated list of every task created inside a project, so you can see at a glance who is responsible for what across all active work.
The table includes the project ID and name, the sheet the task belongs to, the task itself, its period, performer, access level, status, and author. Every column supports filtering, and the table can be searched.
Additional improvements
Hungarian forint has been added to the list of available system currencies.
Mass return and Overdue returns tables now include a Client column, pulled from the project.
Labels: page width and height are now validated — a template cannot be saved with empty or zero values. A "Service comment" variable and an item name field have also been added.
Employees are now signed out automatically when their account is deactivated or they are marked as dismissed.
Fixed an untranslated string in the English commercial proposal ("Total — consumables").
