MODEL WITHDRAWAL FORM

If you are a Consumer within the meaning of Directive 2011/83/EU and Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

Business customers are not Consumers and do not benefit from this right, as set out in section 5 of the User Agreement.

Digital services. Where you have expressly requested that the Services begin during the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal no longer applies. Where performance has begun but is not yet complete, you may still withdraw but must pay an amount proportionate to the Services provided up to the moment of withdrawal.

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement. You may use the model form below, but it is not obligatory. You can send your statement:

• by email to hello@golova.ai (or legal@golova.ai); or
• by post to Golova Europe SL, Calle l’Hospital, 95, Planta 1, Puerta 2, 08001 Barcelona, Spain.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. We will reimburse all payments received from you, where applicable, within fourteen (14) days using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction.
