Version 20.3 brings the new Calendar 2.0, sheet copying between the estimate and the specification, and improvements to custom variables.

Calendar 2.0

The calendar has been rebuilt: two switches instead of one — period (Year, Month, Week, Day) and view (Calendar, List, Resources) — colour scheme tabs, a separate «Team» tab for activities outside projects, custom filters, colouring by responsible person, a project preview on right click and a full-screen mode.

For existing users the default view does not change — the new calendar is enabled individually in Personal account → Settings → Calendar — projects → Calendar version. Everyone who registers after the update gets Calendar 2.0 straight away.

Specification: copying sheets

Previously a sheet could be copied from the specification to the estimate only if the equipment had been added from the warehouse. Now it works for all sheets, in both directions.

The logic: once the specification reaches a status with Disconnection enabled, the estimate and the specification live independently and changes no longer flow automatically. Whoever works in the section decides what to transfer.

• Copy to specification and Copy to estimate — a one-time transfer of a sheet that has no pair in the neighbouring section.

• Update from specification — pull the composition into the estimate sheet: either add missing entries or overwrite the sheet completely.

• Update Composition — pull the current estimate composition into the specification sheet.

Custom variables

Custom variables, introduced in 20.1, can now be dragged to change their order, and a «required» field has been added — a document package will not be created until every required variable is filled in. This is configured in the document templates.
