Version 20.4 brings the quote builder, a new settings screen, document and finance statuses, a catalogue usage report and full catalogue export.

The quote builder

A separate template editor with live preview and ready-made presets. Brand colours, an extended font list and a separate font for headings. Portrait and landscape orientation; landscape needs its own header, footer and background.

Table grid and density, alternating row fill, a watermark, totals as a panel. A title page with a photo, a QR code, company details, a stamp and a signature. Columns are set separately for equipment and services, and any field can be renamed in your own words.

The old “Note” has grown into blocks — free text with variables before or after the table.

New global settings

Settings moved to a new screen with four sections: System, Profile, Integrations, RFID. Time zones are grouped by continent with the UTC offset, and the currency list is now complete.

Document and finance statuses

Two new independent project statuses. Documents: Not issued → Invoice issued → Documents sent → Signed → Originals received. Finance: Not paid → Partially paid → Paid in full. Configured in Global settings → System → Statuses and visible in the project, the calendar, the projects table and analytics.

The statuses are set by hand. The old logic still works: an income entry on the Finance tab linked to an issued document keeps recalculating payment by itself. Both mechanics run in parallel — use either or both.

Catalogue usage report

What was out working during a period and what sat on the shelf, separately for the estimate and the specification, with filters and charts.

Expense registry

Invoice statuses now have colour labels, and overdue ones are flagged automatically.

Full catalogue export

Export with SKUs and serial numbers to move a catalogue to another account.

Please note: import appends entries rather than overwriting them. The “download → fix in Excel → upload back” scenario breaks the catalogue: quantities double and existing SKUs throw errors. Export and import are for moving to another account and adding new entries.

Specialties

Drag to reorder, one base rate for every employee at once, an employee without a specialty, and paired filtering.
