Golova 19.1: Two Taxes in Estimates, Overdue Returns Table, and Warehouse Improvements
We have released a new version of Golova 19.1. In this update we added several features that simplify financial calculations, warehouse operations, and document generation.
The main change is the support for two sequential taxes in estimates. You can now configure two taxes that are applied one after another (for example, a base tax and VAT). The second tax is calculated from the amount that already includes the first tax. We also added the ability to display in documents the entry price after the first tax but before the second, which is useful for generating invoices and other accounting documents.
At the request of users, we added a new warehouse tool — the “Overdue Returns” table. It automatically shows equipment that is delayed on site, including the delay time and the ability to add comments or open the related project directly. The “Bulk Return” table was also improved and now displays delay information as well.
The Golova chat is becoming a full working messenger: push notifications are now available in the mobile app. They are already working on Android, and the iOS version is currently under review and should appear soon.
We also continued improving the flexibility of exported documents. You can now configure how employee names are displayed separately in the interface and in documents, as well as choose which project roles should appear in the document header and whether to show contact phone numbers.
Searching in the catalog has become more convenient: the entry card now opens directly with a click, and the system automatically highlights it in the table.
For warehouse operations we added a warning about early shipment. If equipment is still used in an earlier project, the system will show a warning so the warehouse team can avoid shortages on the upcoming project.
Another small but useful improvement: you can now view the contents of a set directly from the warehouse entry card, which makes it easier to quickly check completeness.
Thank you for your ideas and feedback — many of the features in this release appeared thanks to your requests.
